What if my dog won't run?
If your dog won't run on the slatmill during the 15 minutes, the session converts to a FREE Confidence Training Session in your driveway. No charge. No obligation.
Outside our service area, we'll honor it when we expand to your city, or refund your $10, your choice.

The slatmill runs under a canopy. We work rain or shine. Sessions stop only if Metroparks cancels the event or if severe weather makes the park unsafe. Both cases refund automatically.
Booking & Policy

$10 per dog. One 15-minute session. Payment due at booking.

Intake form and waiver required at booking. Incomplete bookings are not confirmed.

Book any time before the event while slots remain. When slots fill, join the waitlist.

Cancel up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations release your slot to the waitlist. Bookings made inside 48 hours are final.

No rescheduling. Cancel and rebook if slots remain.
