1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, or using services provided by MoDogRun (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “Owner”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

MoDogRun provides mobile, structured canine fitness sessions using specialized equipment (including but not limited to dog treadmills/slatmills) operated inside a mobile unit or approved location.

Services may include:

  • Individual or multi-dog running sessions

  • Fitness conditioning sessions

  • Package-based recurring sessions

  • Single-session bookings

  • Live session viewing (if offered)

 

All services are provided by Mobile Dog Running LLC.

3. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

By booking services, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the dog.

  • Your dog is physically able to participate in structured exercise.

  • Your dog is current on vaccinations (Rabies required; others strongly recommended).

  • You will disclose any behavioral issues (aggression, anxiety, reactivity).

  • You will disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.

 

Failure to disclose relevant behavioral or medical information may result in immediate service termination without refund.

4. Health & Safety

You acknowledge:

  • Physical exercise involves inherent risks.

  • Dogs may experience fatigue, soreness, minor injury, or stress.

  • Results vary depending on breed, age, health, and conditioning.

 

MoDogRun reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to dogs deemed unsafe or unfit.

  • Modify session intensity based on professional judgment.

  • End a session early for safety reasons.

 

If your dog appears injured, ill, or unsafe to train, service may be suspended.

5. Veterinary Care Authorization

In the event of an emergency:

  • MoDogRun may seek veterinary treatment.

  • You authorize us to transport your dog to a veterinarian.

  • You agree to assume full financial responsibility for veterinary care.

 

We will attempt to contact you immediately before taking action unless urgent intervention is required.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You understand and voluntarily accept that:

  • Canine fitness training involves risk.

  • Dogs may slip, resist equipment, or experience physical strain.

  • Equipment failure, though unlikely, is possible.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by Michigan law:

  • You release and hold harmless Mobile Dog Running LLC, its owner, operators, contractors, and affiliates from liability for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Monthly packages must be paid in advance.

  • Sessions must be used within the package validity period.

  • Expired sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.

8. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before a session may be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Extreme weather or mechanical issues may result in rescheduling at our discretion.

9. Service Area & Scheduling Limitations

MoDogRun currently operates within designated service areas. Availability may vary by location and scheduling capacity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit bookings by geographic area.

  • Adjust operating days and hours.

  • Refuse service outside service boundaries.

10. Behavioral POlicy

MoDogRun does not accept:

  • Dogs with a documented history of severe human aggression.

  • Dogs that pose a safety threat to operators.

 

If a dog displays dangerous behavior during a session:

  • Service may be terminated immediately.

  • No refund will be issued.

11. Multi-Dog Households

Clients may add additional dogs to an account.

Each dog must:

  • Have accurate records on file.

  • Be individually approved for participation.

 

Sessions are per-dog unless otherwise stated.

12. Media Release

By participating, you grant MoDogRun permission to:

  • Photograph or record your dog during sessions.

  • Use media for marketing, website, and social platforms.

 

If you do not wish to grant media permission, you must notify us in writing prior to service.

13. Equipment & Property Disclaimer

MoDogRun is not responsible for:

  • Damage to property caused by your dog.

  • Loss of collars, leashes, or accessories.

  • Pre-existing injuries aggravated during exercise.

14. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Used sessions.

  • Expired packages.

  • Termination due to undisclosed behavioral or medical issues.

 

Partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of MoDogRun.

15. Website & Digital Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse booking systems.

  • Provide false information.

  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality.

 

We reserve the right to restrict access.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

​

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

​

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
